hints and tips

Is it worth suggesting a "hint's, tip's and link's" forum for all the various stuff that "half the world" like to include in signatures or post frequently?

Even one that can't actually be posted to, but requires your, or one of the mod's approval (to assess validity for inclusion).

I only suggest this, as I have notice at least 3 or 4 members, who in their efforts to be helpful have so many links etc as signature that it becomes just a little confusing where text finishes and signature/links start.
