Hello: Forum usability

I started to post by naming my thread. Then I "Click Here to Find Similar Threads". Then I find that there is supposed to be one in General but I can't find it. Isn't there a search function for the forum? Anyway, I am starting a blog about ITIL website standards and usability of forums. I'll be back.
