General Discussion section


Make a General Discussion section for us to talk about all things Linux/OSS.

Well look at the definition of that:

So better devide this section into two sections, namely 'General discussion' and 'Off-topic corner'.

EDIT: I was making a mistake. You pointed to another section. That sections says:

Linux General is for the discussion of general Linux topics, not just questions. I've updated the description to make that clearer.
