Forum (Or Sub Forum) for MythTv
 

I would like to see a Forum (or Sub forum) of MythTV. I am interested in building a MythTV box for home and found some good stuff on the internet...but nothing really good on any forums.

And, since this is the best Linux forum in the world, I feel that a MythTV forum (or sub forum) would help a lot of MythTV newbies (like myself).

That's a really specific topic for a dedicated forum, but do feel free to ask any MythTV questions in the Linux - Software forum.

Part of me wants to see said sub-forum, the other part wants to keep the proliferation of fora down. However, one of the good things that comes of making a new sub-forum, is that it can be subscribed to, & that increases communication amongst those interested in it.

While true, having too many forums makes it difficult to look for what you want, I still think a sub-forum would be beneficial. Now that I think about it a dedicated forum might be too much for MythTV; but I still think that a sub-forum would be beneficial for MythTV users/newbies.
