Please wait. Jeremy will likely respond. Please also understand that while he is the owner of the forum, and he is very attentive, he's not "on" every minute of every day. You've been using LQ for a couple of months successfully, and I'm sure that a request for a password reset can be accomplished.

Thank you Rtmistler but I don't think he will respond, ill probably just go to a Windows forum as this is too complicated..

Go to a Windows forum for help on Linux? And in preference to just starting from scratch with a new account? Really?

"Too complicated"? So you think that moderators should be tasked with easily allowing anyone to reset their password when they claim that they can't also access their email accounts? Do you not think that there should be some checks in the process to ensure that the right thing is being done?
