Question Following a Thread

I see a lot of interesting threads and conversations running in LQ. Can someone tell me how or what I need to do to be able to follow them.

In short - something like subscribing to an RSS feed for a new site provides you with alerts whenever there are updates on the site. Similarly, how do know if there are any more additions to a particular thread?

Thanks in advance folks ...
