event calender

is there a calender the members can post events such as speeches/presentations/hackathons...

it would be nice if it could be searched/filtered by location so that those interested can attend either online or in person.

LQ does have a calendar. All Linux and Open Source related events are welcome.

There is no search capability for the calendar at this time, but we'll keep it in mind for a future enhancement.
