Editing the title of thread - Feature

I simply love LQ and I am a satisfied customer.

I think it would be nice to have a feature of editing the "title" of the thread because many times after posting one might think that some modification to the title is required to better suit the subject.

You can do it now. Click edit and then "go advanced".

Well I tried going to advanced option after hitting the edit button for my first post in the thread. It will it will change the title in the detailed view (i.e. when someone clicks the post) but on the forum's main page the title does not change. I was probably looking for something which will change the title on the forum's main page where all threads are displayed.

this would be open to abuse... have a search around, this has been discussed before.

PS- you're not a 'customer'- you're a valued member of the community!
