Download Linux HTTPS Everywhere


Hey people,
my HTTPS Everywhere, letting me know
that after navigating through Download Linux section,
i'm out of HTTPS,

does it has to be like that?

Weird, I've never clicked on that before... Id assume it's safe but you know what assume means.

This has been discussed before.

I can't find the thread as it may have been over a year ago, but the gist of it, as I remember the discussion, is that HTTPS is used on any page where confidential information may be transmitted, such as the log in dialog, donation pages, etc. It's not enforced on pages, such as the "Download Linux" page, where no confidential information is being passed.
