Donation to LINUX LQ??

Since I cannot find appropiriate link I just run into this category;
Does LINUX LQ accept donation using PayPal?????????

Yes. You can donate by clicking here, or there is a link at the bottom of every page.

Let say that I donate from PayPal.

How can Linux LQ knows that it's me who's making the donation?

I don't like to donate anonymous.

Ah yes, is it safe to give my password and ID from a secondary link ? (not from PayPal Root)

Please provide details reply.

When you donate via PayPal, your information is detailed in the notification we get. If you'd prefer a more public acknowledgment, you may want to upgrade to be a contributing member (which is noted in your profile and in your posts).

I do not see any relation on donation by paypal with my user ID on this Linux LQ

How can I get that Contributing member 'pop-up' ?

Can you give more specific details on doing so...?

Aha I remember.

On doing the transfer I should notify you my user ID on this LQ so you'll do the stuff,is that right?

How many times do I have to donate to become a contributing member?

Go to "My LQ" and then click the "Paid Subscriptions" link on the left hand side. You can become a contributing member there.
