Not if you close each new tab after you've posted in the thread.

No kidding!!!! I wonder why I did not think of that....

The original point---now buried under some other "stuff"---is that I wanted to automatically go back to--eg--"latest posts" after hitting the "Submit reply" button. (With NO extra clicks)
