but i've been having a post for 3-4 days, but no one answers and i do not get any help. Is it maybe my foult and I've written it unclearly or users are ignoring me? I've seen that some 40 people viewed my post but no one answered.

Maybe it would help if you were to add more details to your problems. Trust me mate, this has nothing to do with you being a newbie or not. And you definately, positively are not being ignored.

Maybe your question is not in the right forum. Example, you have some problem installing some software but you post your problem in the hardware forum. You can report your post to the moderators and ask them to move it to some appropriate thread if you think that this is the case. Just click on Report this post to a moderator link at the bottom right of your post.

Hope you find some answers soon.
