I really like your site, and I hope it continues and only improves. But when I was surfing though your site today, I saw a banner from the O'Reilly Network. It said O'Reillly was hiring a web designer.

As weird as it would be for them to announce in such a way that they are hiring a new web developer, I clicked on it and it took me to the following site: http://www.oreilly.com/go/webdesignjob/.

Like you can see, I was attracted by the “web designer position opening at O’Reilly Network”. Like their website says, “If you followed this link from outside of one of our sites, we'd appreciate if you'd let the owner of the referring page know.”
