add sub titles to programming forums

break up the programming forums by lanuage, so i would be easier to browser with. Or even make it based on type of programming question. (ie Web Development, Applications, Operating Systems, Networking, Compliers, ect..) I think it will help to get answer faster, and for people to find similar post.

thats just my two cents

jeremy keep up the good work @ linuxquestions.org.

work is underway to have a dedicated programming site altogether (programmingquestions.org), so there should be no need for this... good suggestion though, thanks.

rksprst, it's very much a work in progress and has been put on hold while we work a couple things out.
