Add a 'scripts' forum section

I work as a sysadmin for a webhosting company, and regularly create scripts for managing our server. I would like to see a section in the forum where I could post these scripts for others to use without having to research or drill their noggins for a solution, and where I can get find scripts that others have posted for the same reason.

Programming section is probably most suitable for this as I don't see a high demand for just a scripts forum on its own.

I agree- the wiki would probably be the best way to go, though the tutes would be a good place. I'm thinking that posting to the forum would mean they would get lost. Of course you could start your own site, or use the LQ blog space provided for members.

Glad you have something to contribute and want to contribute- I don't have much to contribute.
