Account deletion

I would appreciate if this account and all it's posts were removed, for a matter of internet-search-engines-related privacy. Thanks in advance.

Shoot Jeremy an email please.

BTW, if you are joaospinto @ (somepopularsearchengine dot com) then the information you have posted here, in contrast with what you have posted elsewhere, is negligible from a privacy point of view. For instance you may own or have owned a WRT54GC, use or used a BOINC CP Id of 29c3b1fd01f1132cb25829f80c8b7010, you hang out in #linux and you've once been banned from #archlinux in 2007 and one of your IP addresses may be or may have been in the .cpe.netcabo.pt range. While the information you posted at LQ may be linked to posts elsewhere because of your own choice of username there is nothing in your posts that divulges information about your person or your whereabouts.

Jeremy? Who's Jeremy?
As you say, the problem was my username choice, that's why I'm trying to correct that, in this case by deleting the account and posts since I barely used this forum. If I manage to remove links like this one from the results of the search, the other ones will look like spam. Still, some of the things you may see there (like photos) aren't mine (on the other hand, the things you quoted are xD).

is it legitimate and allowed and can be done to make another user account set uid and gid to null 0 to make another root account with different name and possibly not damage the debian system creating and using that new account BenJoBoy Linux - Newbie 12 01-29-2006 10:02 AM
