A 1000 Posts

Hi

I just got my 1000th post. YIPEEE :) Well I was looking at the choose title option in Usercp and I am copying the field entry.

This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts.
You may enter up to 25 characters.
Check the reset box if you wish to use the the default title for your usergroup and post count.
HTML is not allowed.

As the members are not allowed to choose their own title, shouldn't the "You may enter up to 25 characters." be removed? Also, there is an extra 'the' in "Check the reset box if you wish to use the the default title for your usergroup and post count" :)

BTW, is there anything being done about the titles?? I mean there was a thread some time back suggesting some new titles. What happened?

Curious...

Linuxlala - congrats on your 1000th post :)

As far as the titles go, as far as I recall, Jeremy was waiting until some were suggested that he really likes. The wait continues...... ;)

Drats... A thousand blue blistering barnacles :) Like you say, the wait continues.

Hey LinuxLala,

Congratulations on reaching 1000 posts!!.....Keep it up....

By the way, I'd like to know your viewpoint on FC2 Vs Mandrake 10.0....which one do you think is better ? and why? Personally, it would be great if we could get in touch...let me know if you wish to..

Yes, perhaps a LQUG :D. Not a bad idea, eh.

I am all for it ppuru :) The only thing is, we can't have monthly meets :) Unless the group leader (any takers?) volunteers to pay for all attendees round trip :D
