Proposals:
* Remove Lightweight Distribution of the Year as it's difficult to define well.
* Rotate Vector Graphics Editor of the Year for Raster Graphics Editor of the Year
* Add Linux Server Vendor of the Year
There are a couple other categories that are likely in need of a refresh or due to be rotated out. Thoughts?
Possibilities? (just throwing these out there without reference to previous years)
Archiver application
Office application
Dock application
Encryption application
Bootable USB (ISO) creator application
Desktop tool [this could well be enormous but would be intended as a catch-all for those applications not falling into other categories - it might throw up some interesting applications]
Online storage solution
PDF management application
VoIP application
