It's the system backup/restore program now being used in Linux Mint 18.3 and actively updated by the Mint guys in collaboration with Tony George, the developer.

https://www.linuxmint.com/rel_sylvia...n_whatsnew.php
It's also used by MX-17 Linux.

https://github.com/veeam/veeamsnap

Both paid and non-paid (with best-effort based support) editions available.

e.g. https://www.linux.com/learn/how-mana...ompose-and-elk

A couple of suggestions from my own environment(s):

Browser of the Year: qutebrowser.

Window Manager of the Year: StumpWM.

Text Editor of the Year: ed. (Yes, I actually use it.)
By the way: Does "Emacs" include OpenBSD's mg (Micro Emacs) or only GNU Emacs? You should clarify that.

File Manager of the Year: Dired, ranger.

Log Management Tool of the Year: systemd. ;-)
(Joking. This time.)

Linux/Open Source Podcast of the Year: nixers.

IRC Client of the Year: ERC.

Secure Messaging Application of the Year: Riot/Matrix, Briar, Threema, XMPP (e.g. Conversations on Android).

Vector Graphics Editor of the Year: Pencil.

Email Client of the Year: wanderlust.
