Ummm rigorous testing process for 24k to start is extremely low. To live in any of the places you have stated you would need 5 or 6 roommates to be able to afford rent at that rate.

I've never understood some of the "required" skills for most Admin positions, not only online but even locally, especially if listed as Entry Level. I took a college course for being an Admin and no type of programming was covered and only basic scripting. If I needed to know everything on that list I would probably expect $40k+/yr.

Well to be honest if they expected someone to know everything on that list it is more like $80,000 -> $150,000 + /yearly. It is apparent someone who knows nothing about programming who has posted this job.

low pay

Are they kidding? $24K for that skill set! The only people they might get are H1B holders.

What a JOKE !!

Totally ridiculous ... LOW PAY, 24 hours of testing... come on... get real
