Need custom Snort rules written

Need custom Snort rules written (I already have snort, base and oinkmaster installed)
1. To search for a text string
2. To search for a credit card number, this will need to use PCRE

Please briefly describe your experience with snort and how much you charge.

I pay by Paypal.
