Does it mean this position is only available for local citizens?

Have you thought of contacting your local LUG for help finding someone?

Yes, thanks for the suggestion. Since this position is in the Houston area I have started with that group, but have expanded my search as I have gotten just a small response. Mariano (mariano@alliedconsultants.com)

You really don't need to be on site for this.

You should open up to telecommuters. You will get a much better response and a better end product.

Think 'off shore' by 'on shoring'. "Open your mind".

Interesting, I lead the HLUG (i.e. Houston) weekly Wednesday Linux Workshop & I attend almost all the HLUG Sat. (2nd & 4th) "General" meetings; yet I do not recall meeting you at any of these, nor do I recall hearing from any other HLUG members that you had contacted them by e-mail. Is there another LUG in the Houston area that I am not aware of?

BTW, by number of monthly meetings, average 13, HLUG is probably the most active in the world.

Feel free to PM or e-mail me for more HLUG info. if you do not want this thread to get cluttered w/ it.
