Talking Broadcom installed an running up on SuSE 10.0

Hi, this is my first post, so please forgive me if i'm post here.

i'm just very thankfull to this forums. I have used Linux SuSE 10.0 for about 2 months. At the first time, i am wondering could this OS better than my late OS. and here i am!posting in this forums on my linux!

i hardly installed my Broadcom for about 1 month. after a weeks, i found that my Broadcom, BCM43xx ( BCM4318 exactly ) cannot be running in SuSE with the windows driver ( bcmwl5.inf) because ndiswrapper told me that 'driver present', not 'hardware present, driver present'. Compaq v2000 which use bcmwl5.inf on windows cannot use the same driver for ndiswrapper. so i tried using the bcmwl5a.inf and voila! it is said that 'driver present, hardware present'.

there'n no expression good enough to reflect my happiness. it's like heaven you could use your linux to browse this forums.i have learned a lot from this forums, and i decided to follow this forums. i am a newbie, but if someone have a difficulty i could help, please contact me ( especially about the broadcom bcm43xx). i would love to help you. i once be saved by peoples in this forums...

wow, i guess i will just spent my day surf the net
