Talking Sup Peeps!

Hola! So yeah, I joined this forum because I got some Q's bros (and sisters). I landed this IT Job and I gotta deal with three Linux machines that were set-up as Gateways/Firewalls. These machines were set-up about 6 or 7 years ago and were never maintained. Some of the software is super outdated and I want to try to take control of these computers and squeeze the most features out of them that I can : )

Problem is, I've never dealt with Linux. I'm a Mac user and a Computer Engineer graduate, not only that, but I am good at programming (some people assume that computer engineers are good at EVERYTHING to do with computers, but people from this forum would know that computer engineers don't do much programming, or know, or care much about programming), so I can say that I'm pretty good at learning stuff.

I'm excited, thrilled, stoked, and awestruck... well, I went to far, but yeah, I'm excited to be in this forum! Whoop Whoop!
