Printer config HP Deskjet

Hi there I have Linux Puppy Tahr 6.03
My problem is getting the cups site to start.
On typing http:/localhost:631. I get connection refused when attempting to connect. This is with Firefox / Seamonkey browsers.
The printer wizard does not work too, I can add.
The port on the HP is an parallel plug/socket.

please see your other thread
and make sure that cups IS running
if it is not there is NOTHING at the 631 port to connect to
