Talking Newbie to LQ and rusty to Linux!

Hello LQ,

Excited to be here. I am new to the site and it has been quite a while since I dabbled with Linux. My past experience was short and I've barely touched Linux since college. A few years back, before the craziness, I purchased an 8GB CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 EXTREME Kit to start getting back into Linux, but that desire died off shortly after completing some small, self-administered projects. I've worked on that as well as Ubuntu, Fedora and Red Hat.

I have recently started a new position as a PE1 where I will need to essentially be a Linux Systems Admin including the rest of my general responsibilities. Our lab is mostly running CentOS7. I know I have many questions already, but before asking them here, I will browse through the forums to see if I can track down some answers. I hope to learn a lot from this community!

I look forward to collaborating with you all and again, I am excited to be here! Cheers and make it a great day!
