Newbie intro
 
Hello,
My name is Eric. Even though I've been using computers since the days of DOS 5, I really don't know much about OS's. I recently loaded Ubuntu on an old notebook alongside win 7. Initially I'm quite impressed with it, and noticed it is much faster.
