Talking New user stopping in to say hello

I am headed home tonight to set up a linux box to run as a Teamspeak (voip) server. While i hope everything goes smoothly and i am excited about trying a different OS, i know that i am a newbie in this area and i wanted to just stop by the general forum and say hi before i come pleading for help .

I intend to use the latest version of Slackware on a pentium 2 350mhz for the server. I also plan to make my laptop a dual boot win2k pro/slackware. Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations? I plan on using a dynamic DNS and making this project 100% free.

Edit: oops wrong forum. If a moderator would be so kind and move this, i'd appreciate it.

Welcome to linux questions. Also I like your pick in distros, I have been a Slacker for about 3 years and have never regretted it. Good luck in your prodject.
