New to forums w/ tech support background
I'm new to the forums, but not new to tech support. I work on Windows and Unix boxes everyday. I know a little from fiddling around with Linux at home and I have a degree in computer networking. I've been using Windows, since the early days of 95 and I'm familiar w/ Windows a hell of a lot more than Linux. I decided to dual-boot XP and F4, using the GRUB loader. I think RH has come a long way and I decided to give it a try to familiarize myself with it again.
