New old user

Hi there,
Older user finally decided to give Unix a go by getting hold of Raspberry Pi - I know, that's not 'real' Unix, but it's a start!
I'm confident that before too long I'll be looking for help and advice so please go easy on me :-)

Hello rangioran and welcome to the forum. There is quite a few of us older users on the forum so do not feel out of place.

And, as with a lot of folks, I came here on LQ to learn, ask advice, and further my working knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu and the others distros.

So, we hope you feel right at home with any questions that you have. In the process of time you will not only learn more but hopefully be able to help others.
