I'm new to LINUX, spent 30 years with the military, well actually 18 years as a USAF dependent, 7 years USMC, 24 years National Guard. With all the contracts ms got from the government I had to work with and use that. Thankfully, my Mom, Dad, and brother are programmers that work with systems other than binary format. I asked my brother to set me up with a system that would be an easy transition from windows. I was in a serious car accident that left me with such a substantial TBI that Neurologists held in high regard can't explain why I can function as well as I do. I use this site because I run into troubles all the time and I feel bad about hassling my brother all the time. About the only thing I can assure all is that I am going to hunt the forums for answers, and exhaust this method long before I ask any questions.
