This question just begs for the smart-aleck comment: "Buy a TV set!"....

Seriously, I'll guess that you mean "watch TV on your computer." Two possibilites:

1. Some stations have real-time feeds that you can watch with something like mplayer.

2. Install a TV-tuner card

Tell us more about your system---hardware, Operating system, etc.
