Linux on Raspberry Pi

Hi! I've recently become a proud owner of the Raspberry Pi, which means I must now learn something about how Linux works to make this little computer run properly. At this point, I've graduated from the original Debian Squeeze distro to Debian Wheezy.

In looking for answers to specific questions, this site came up on a frequent-enough basis that I thought it'd be a good idea to join.

I don't expect speedy progress in Linux, as I also have a couple of other irons in the fire. It'll be more on a hobby basis, but I am looking forward to having fun with programming Python and such!
