Thumbs up Linux Newbie

I'm really new to Linux but have been a UNIX shell programmer for over 10 years. I had never worked on the system administration side of things until recently. I've brought up a CentOS box at home and I've just installed SUSE Linux at work. I struggle through a ton of system level configuration, I come here often for help and have found answers to most of my questions. This stops me from bugging the more experienced guy in my office. I have an IT company where I offer software development
