Just to say Hi!

New member. Using Linux (SuSE 10.1) for a year

1 How do I run it?

I use linux for work both desktop and laptop

2. Other need.

I have MS office 2003 running under crossover mainly to check presentation and doc produced with OO
I also have win to sync my treo ( a couple of working program can not be sync under linux). Win run under linux with vmware.I have also qemu but I prefer vmware

3. Fun.

Mythtv in the desktop. The laptop also runs a frontend wireless

4. Other distros:

I have dsl-n in usb pendrive. Kubuntu and PClinux in vmware session mainly for exploring them.

5. Goals

My goals to install Compiz and learn phyton someday.

And of course I'll be back with questions ;-)

Welcome to the forum!

While I'm not a "newbie", I'm no expert at Linux either, so I post stupid questions and learn from here.
