Introducing the Fox
Hello, I'm Aryn Fox. I've just recently switched from Windows 98 on my 1625cdt Toshiba to Red Hat 9. It hasn't been all roses, but the transition is... well... a learning experience to say the least. I've successfully installed my TRENDnet network card and sort of network on my company's network... I've configured my email, etc, too... For now I'm concentrating on how to get my new wireless card and network going (getting the card on the 19th) and maybe finding out how to use XMMS to the height of its little abilities.
My laptop (affectionately nicknamed 'Kitsune' on the network) is quirky at best and b*tchy at worst, and loves to give me problems...
Fortunately for me, I enjoy ironing out such problems as long as they don't get too drawn-out or aggravating. Well that's it for me...
