Introducing Papa Spot

Hello. I'm Papa Spot and it's been suggested in a couple of places here that I introduce myself. I know slightly less than squat about Linux. But I'm growing increasingly disgusted and fed up with the main alternative so I've decided to do dis ting. I won't be posting much; at least not at first. I've admitted the profoundness of my ignorance here and I don't really care to flaunt it further, so I'll just be doing a LOT of reading and lurking until I get to the point that I can ask at least a reasonably intelligent question.

Papa
