I'm a Linux user going on 19 years now and it's pretty much become my OS of choice whether it's Desktop computing, turning a Wandboard into a Squeezebox player, running a media server or just deploying a file server. Arch has become my distro of choice (lightweight, fast) and my interaction with Windows is limited to using my work laptop, so I've become pretty rusty where Windows is concerned.
I'm a bit of a music nut and use Logitechmediaserver to stream music to wherever I find myself at home. I don't consider myself technical, and whilst I can usually help myself I've reached a stage where I don't like troubleshooting/ fiddling if it can be avoided - I view computing devices as tools and I just want them to work rather than to have to fiddle with them ... Probably what drove me to Linux in the first place.
