I promise I'm not spam LinuxQuestions.org!!

Ha! Been using this site for a long time and I finally have an answer to somebody's question, so I register, and it doesn't like my email address, so I try a different email, hotmail thinks it's junk mail (checking hotmail from linux is a little strange, don't think I've done it before), and then I can't post the link to the solution until I "introduce myself" here. So here I am introducing myself =)

Welcome to LQ! Sorry for the small trouble you had, but I hope you understand the reasons behind that.

Thanks for the welcome! I was talking about hotmail (a really old account that I don't really use anymore) which worked fine; it was only strange that it asked for my .NET passport or whatever... I use Linux to get away from stuff like that!

No problem whatsoever, I know you don't want spam on here at least as much as I don't want it in my inbox
