Hi folks. I like computers. I used Windows, now Linux. If you need help, ask me!

But I am not always here, so be patient. Thanks. :)

Accidentely I hit the enter key and messed up the thread subject. How can I edit them now?

Click Edit on your first post in the thread, then click Go Advanced, then it should be obvious.

Thank you. :)

Another question. When I read a thread and I answer something, I wanna automatically subscribe to them. How can I do that?

After your first post to a thread it should show up under "My LQ" automatically everytime someone posts to that thread.

If you want to subscribe and not post click the drop down on the top of the thread "Thread Tools" and click on the subscribe button.

I thought that was enabled by default. Mine was set to subscribe with daily email notification before I ever figured out where that option can be set. Then I changed it to subscribe with no email notification because I was always getting the notifications long after I had already read the post it was notifying me for.

In the My LQ panel, click on Edit Options. Then in the Messaging & Notification section find Default Thread Subscription Mode. If that says Do not subscribe, change it to something else.

Thanks. You're right. It was set as default. ^^'
