Help "error: unknown Filesystem" when I restarted my computer and deleted linux?

I have a computer with linux and windows vista installed on it.

I made a fatal error of deleting the partition pertaining to linux using a program from windows, but it seems that Linux itself didnt delete itself now I get the error and a sort of command line with command line that has "grub rescue>" what has happened?, how can I solve this! and get my windows back!! PLZ tell me I can

I personally would reinstall Linux taking into account that the windows partition is still there.
