Hello LQ


Good day to you all im a Curiouskangaroo in the linux world, i hope to meet some like minded people and expand my knowledge for the future of linux and my self, I am a self taught user interested in all thing electrical but i do have gaps in my knowledge and what a place to start, ive been using linux since mint 14 waaay back wow what alot has happend since then, now run
KDE NEON 5.17.2 on I5 M450 @2.4GHz, 4Gbram, 500GB hdd, DiskDrive, 2xusb1 1xusb2
and another Running mint 18.2 works a dream for a 10 year old laptop i have a Raspberry Ri 3B+ currently running raspian/debian port but am looking in to getting kali on it just for general mischief with friends, im interested in allot of aspects of computers from it being able to play a film to how the film is acctually played and how we pick that image up, video drivers, screen res, FPs, open source players I have always been a hardware type of guy but know moving in to the world of the software and its completley different so I do struggle sometimes for days trying to work something out but il stick with it and eventually will be able to get round it, I hope we can help each other to help our selves, I dont care ware your from, colour of your skin, religion background im hear to learn not to go on with keyboard samurais
