Hello from the far side of elsewhere

My name is Larry - I have been in the *nix world since 1970.
After many variations and hacks of other versions of Linux I made my own.
It started originally with Sparky, migrated to PinguyOS and now is my
own version IWLinux.

It is aimed at building compilers.
Has a new forum: http://iwlinux.org/forum
Has a support site: http://iwlinux.org

I have been solo at this stuff for many years and need a few
new sets of eyes, not people telling me it sux but people who
can offer help in either Linux kernel hacks, and/or Compiler construction.

The distro is very niche and will most likely never mainstream.

Soooo - if you can help, want to follow, or just interested - come
visit. Otherwise - sorry to waste your time.

Larry

Welcome to the forum.

I looked at your site, but I must be misunderstanding something. Where is the compiler? is it only available on the disc? is the software on the disc compiled with your compiler?

Not clear on the relationship between the distribution and the compiler, I guess..? And IonicWind dot com (the site linked to from IWLinux) seems to be for Windows only.
