Hello from Georgia

Hi all; I'm a long time unix user (starting in 1983). I like open software, user supported communities, and sharing help with fellow users. I work at Georgia Tech in Computer Engineering. I like programming in C and Python.

Thanks to everyone for helpful responses to questions!

Scott

Hi Scott, welcome to LQ!

Being around *nix as long as you have, you're bound to have forgotten as much stuff as some of us will ever know

Enjoy the forums,

Sasha
