Hello from Austria!

Hello everybody,

I have been using Linux since 2006 - mostly Ubuntu and its derivatives. I'm currently on Peppermint 10, but always open to try something new.

Unfortunately, it is questionable if the Peppermint project will continue in the long run. They have a great forum, and as I enjoy learning and reading about people solving Linux problems, I decided to join another forum. So here I am...

My favorite desktop environment is Xfce, because it is so customizable and it just works. I am very fond of stability, so I will (probably) stay on an Ubuntu or Debian base.

That's about all for now. :)

Hopefully someone will take up the mantle now that lead Peppermint developer Mark Greaves has passed on.

Thanks everybody! :)

Yes, it would be great, if a talented developer would continue Mark Greave's legacy.
