Hello and keyring password problem

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum hence I'm posting here. I'm also new to Linux and am experiencing several problems. All of which I have attributed to my own lack of experience. I am so pleased to see that other people are in the same boat as me. Some of my problems I have seen described in the forum, unfortunately I cannot understand the solutions either.
I am hoping to learn a lot fast,l fix a lot and not be too much of a nuisance. Hopefully then I might get to help someone else on the way.
