I have finally made the decision to migrate from WinXP to Xubuntu 14.04 (pretty sure that's right). I just can't see paying out the $$ asked for another ver of Win.
I have never used Linux before so I hope to lurk around the forum and hopefully pick up tips that will help me with the transition.
So far it is a little intimidating looking at the documentation but I'm going to give it the old college try. Hopefully I'll be able to learn with a little help from the forum.
