I originally came here to share a script I made based on one of the forum posts here (the directory quota specifically), but since as rep 1 user I can't post links, well - here I am in the introduction forum.
If you participate on Ask Ubuntu or Unix & Linux stackexchange sites, you've probably seen me at least once there, I'm fairly active there. Experience with Linux so far:
- Started on Ubuntu 13.10
- Worked tiny bit with Mint 17, CentOS in VM, briefly Fedora 21 until kernel panic, Deepin
- Mostly write in bash, Python, occasional Perl, interested in ksh
As far as Python goes I use it mostly for text processing and appindicators, although thinking of doing more network-related stuff; look up Launcher List Indicator and Udisks Indicator.
So yeah, that's me. Hopefully I'll learn more cool stuff around here and help others along the way. Cheers !
