Greetings and Salutations!

Hello.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say I really appreciate that this site exists.

I am new to the linux world (very new, I saw my first system last Monday) and somehow got myself hired as a Linux Server Administrator. So you'll probably see lots of me about while I get my feet under me.

Ummm....that's about it. Feel free to drill me for more info if you like it.

Welcome to LQ - sure people will be able to help you out with stuff Expect a bit of a learning curve if you're now a Linux server admin after a week or so or using Linux, but nothing a calm head and coffee won't resolve!

Have fun!

Google is pretty useful and just happens to the best IMHO - the search button on here is pretty useful too, although most Google links point back to LQ anyways If you want a chuckle (maybe me stirring crap here!), read the "anti Google is your friend" thread...

Have fun!
