Thumbs up GREEN, Green, green...

Hello, Gents...I am brand new to the world of Linux. Never done Linux/Unix or any other OS. I have been a automaton of the "Windows Collective". I am doing my internship this Summer and decided to plunge into Linux. With the help of geniuses were I am doing my internship, I now have a dual-boot RH7.3/Win2k system.

Where was I during all the Unix/Linux boom? This OS rocks!!!! I am frustrated that for the past 7 years I have been "Win-hosed" and now I must de-program myself. Don't get me wrong...I like my Windows and the game-graphics are cool. It is just that I have this strange feeling that once I learn enough about Linux, my Windows days are numbered.

Anyway, I just joined this site in an effort to expand my tiny mind and learn the wonders of Linux. Besides, I think tuxedos are cool!!!

PS - PLEASE, send all information (however trivial) that may help me enjoy my Linux experience to my e-mail or post it. Right now I am more interested in ssh and networking management tools. But I will consume all knowledge!!!!
